The user guarantees that they hold all necessary rights to the submitted audio files. Megamastering undertakes to process the files with confidentiality and professionalism but disclaims any liability in case of copyright infringement by the client.

To the extent permitted by law, Megamastering's liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service. We are not responsible for indirect damages or data loss.

Payments are due before processing begins. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis before delivery of the mastered files. No refunds are granted after delivery of the final work.

Megamastering reserves the right to modify these terms. Users will be informed of substantial changes. The service may be suspended in case of user violation of these terms.
